About the Trust Shri Srinivasa Ragavaswamy charitable Trust (Regd. No : 346 - 2006)
Shri Srinivasa Ragavaswamy charitable Trust (Regd. No. 346 - 2006) was established in Coimbatore, South India with the goal of constructing a temple for Balaji (Sri Srinivasa Perumal) with Raja Gopuram which is named as Kovai Thiruppathy. For construction of the temple the trust has purchased a land at Saravana Nagar (Near Krishna School), Koundampalayam, Coimbatore.
THIS INDENTURE OF TRUST was declared in the city COIMBATORE on 17th day of March 2006; BY AND BETWEEN:
Mr.P.S.RAJAGOPALAN, Aged about 40 years son of late Sri.P.V. Srinivasa Ragavachriar, Residing At No.36, Brindavan Nagar, P&T Colony, Koundampalayam, Coimbatore herein after called THE AUTHOR OF THE TRUST, which term Wherever The Context permits shall mean and include his heirs, successors, assigns, legal representatives, executors and administrators on the ONE PART:

Mr.P.S. RAJA GOPALAN aged about 40 years, son of late P.V. SRINIVASA RAGAVACHARIAR, residing at No.36, brindavan nagar, p&t colony, koundampalayam Coimbatore.
Mr.V.UDAYA KUMAR, aged about 58 years, son of late venkatachalam residing at No.1-a, Passyakarulu street, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore and P.Angammal, Kozhi Pannai Thottam, Saravana Nagar (North), Koundampalayam, Coimbatore – 30, herein after called THE TRUSTEES which expression shall mean then only of the OTHER PART and have decided to call this public charitable trust as SHRI SRINIVASA RAGAVASWAMYCHARITABLE TRUST.
